If you own a KIWI 1 model, the serial number can be found in two different locations depending on the type of packaging:
- New packaging: The serial number is located on the bottom of the box, just like with the KIWI 2. Simply turn the box over to find it.
- Previous packaging: If you have an older version of the packaging, you’ll find the serial number on the back of the box, on the right-hand side, just below the barcode.
